Understanding our policy

Welcome to the Snatched Skn policy page. My goal is to ensure that all clients clearly understand my policies, fostering a transparent and respectful relationship. I ask that you read this carefully and keep in mind that these policies are in place to ensure fairness between clients and myself.

Key policies

 

All clients must sign any form(s) given by esthetician before receiving any service.

All fees and deposit must be paid before client can receive service.

Services with travel 

$35 travel fee is paid by client. If residence 1 hour away fee is $50. Providing on time cancellation (24 hr in advance), client receives full travel fee ($35). If there’s late cancellation or no response from client being contacted by myself the day of appt, I keep full amount of travel fee. Client can reschedule service anytime available.

Note: Client must spend at least $45 in order to have esthetician travel to client’s home.

All services (travel not included)

$25 deposit for all services that goes toward service and is NOT an additional charge. Need to cancel? No problem , if cancellation is 24 hours in advance full deposit returned. If cancellation occurs after 24 hrs, deposit is non refundable 

Clients are given 10 min grace period

15 min late to appointment results non refundable deposit

More than 15 min late do not arrive appointment is cancelled
