Understanding our policy

Welcome to the Snatched Skn policy page. My goal is to ensure that all clients clearly understand my policies, fostering a transparent and respectful relationship. I ask that you read this carefully and keep in mind that these policies are in place to ensure fairness between clients and myself.

Key policies

 

  • All clients must sign any form(s) given by esthetician before receiving any service.
  • Deposit must be paid before client can receive service.
  • 50% of service must be paid for deposit, NOT an extra charge deposit goes toward total balance. Need to cancel? No problem , if cancellation is 24 hours in advance, full deposit is returned. If cancellation occurs after 24 hrs, deposit is NON-Refundable. Client can reschedule with deposit used for new appointment. 

**Clients are given 15 min grace period**

Unable to show within grace period results to appointment cancellation and deposit NON-Refundable. Deposit can be used for rescheduled appointment.
